Soul Care is a place to unravel, dismantle, and rage if need be - to rebuild or leave it behind. t's a safe place to reflect on where you've come from and where you're going.

I have an MASF from Portland Seminary and am certified in spiritual direction from George Fox University, and also offer supervision. My specialties include Enneagram, transformational life workshops, Jungian journaling, mind-body-spirit connections, processing anger and loss, somatics, team building, and spiritual formation. I also facilitate sessions using archery and labyrinths as spiritual practices.
 
As a queer director, I affirm LGBTQIA+ identities and perspectives. My pronouns are she/they. As someone striving to dismantle capitalism, my hope is accessibility for all - reach out to me if you need a sliding-scale option.
 
I have training in deconstructing and reconstructing personal faith and church traditions. I am also trained in providing trauma-informed care related to sexual assault, domestic violence, and other abuses. My approach honors diversity, equity, inclusion, and intersectional feminism.
