What is Mindful Woods Walking and Archery?

Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness and paying attention with the benefit of the beautiful Washington Park woods, a short tutorial on archery and lot's of shooting.

What can you expect?

  • You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill.
  • You can expect to learn how to use the skills of mindfulness
  • You can expect to feel a sense of peace and empowerment

You bring yourself in comfortable clothes, tennis shoes. And bring a journal.
