I started an experiment in the spring of this year. The experiment was around engaging new and exciting meditation practices that work best for us. The intention being a guilt free, non judgement environment where everyone could talk about the difficulties they faced concerning meditating or mindfulness. We would together try and take the elitist language and attitude that sometimes surrounds this practice out of of our own personal practice and find what works for us.
