Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness and paying attention with the benefit of the beautiful outdoor walk, a short tutorial on archery and lot's of shooting. What can you expect? You can expect to connect to nature and learn basic mindfulness techniques. You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill. You can expect to learn how to use the skills of mindfulness. You can expect to feel a sense of peace and empowerment. You bring yourself in comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, dress in layers for changing weather. All equipment is provided and you will leave with the skills to practice archery and mindfulness on your own.
