What are Mindful Woods Walking and Archery? Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness, and paying attention with the benefit of the beautiful Washington Park woods, a short tutorial on archery, and lots of shooting.


What can you expect?

You can expect to connect to nature and learn basic mindfulness techniques.

You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill.

You can expect to learn how to use the skills of mindfulness.

You can expect to feel a sense of peace and empowerment.

You bring yourself in comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, and dress in layers for changing weather.


All equipment is provided and you will leave with the knowledge to shoot anywhere on your own.


{I have taken precautions around the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure our safety. I always have hand sanitizer but now will also be wiping down all my equipment with alcohol wipes before and after usage and between shots and I have disposable masks if you don’t have your own. We will be in the open air and have plenty of room to spread out so that shouldn’t be a worry.}

Mindful Archery Workshop

  • If you need to cancel for any reason there is a service charge of 25% of the total cost of the workshop. Workshop cancellations require a 24-hour email notice before the workshop takes place. After 24-hrs there is no refund.
