Most of the people that sign up for my workshops have NEVER tried archery and everyone is shooting in 5 minutes from the youngest to the oldest. Nothing will stand in your way.
What is Mindful Woods Walking and Archery? Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness, and paying attention with the benefit of the beautiful walk in the Washington park woods, a short tutorial on archery, and lots of shooting.
What can you expect? You can expect to connect to nature and learn basic mindfulness techniques.
You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill.
You can expect to learn how to use the skills of mindfulness.
You can expect to feel a sense of peace and empowerment.
All equipment is provided.
{I have taken precautions around the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure all our safety. I always have hand sanitizer and I have disposable masks if you don’t have your own. We will be in the open air and have plenty of room to spread out so that shouldn’t be a worry.} ©
