What is Mindful Woods Walking and Archery? Once you book or are ready to book - email me and we can pick a date that works best for you. Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness and paying attention with the benefit of the beautiful Washington Park woods, a short tutorial on archery and lot's of shooting. This is tailored to fit ages 13 - 19 and will give the participant an easy age apporpriate enterance point to mindfulness and archery. What can you expect? You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill. You can expect to learn how to use the skills of mindfulness You can expect to feel a sense of peace and empowerment You bring yourself in comfortable clothes, tennis shoes.
