SD Mindful Archery Workshops

I’m bringing my Mindful archery workshops back to San Diego Oct 16-18 after a 9 year hiatus. These workshops are open to individuals, couples, friends, families, birthday parties, team-building groups, and larger celebrations—whether you’re coming on your own or with your people.

This is a beginner-friendly, hands-on experience centered on presence, focus, and connection. Looking for something more meditative or spiritually guided? I also offer Meditative Archery and Spiritual Direction Archery, and I’m available for one-on-one sessions by request.

The workshop will be confirmed once 10 participants have reserved a spot. If the minimum is reached, I’ll travel to San Diego to lead the sessions. If not, the workshops will not move forward and all participants will receive a full refund.

What people are saying

  • Maggie Chicago, IL

“Angie is the best ever!!!! We had an amazing time learning from her. There were unexpected goodies, moments to reflect and take in nature, and lots and lots of opportunities to shoot. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a unique experience with a guide who goes the extra mile. She is a great communicator and will make sure you have plenty of pictures and video of the experience. You won’t be disappointed!”

  • Sarah Portland, OR

“Empowering archery with mindfulness was such a great experience. Angie is a pro and so supportive –thank you! It was really nice to participate in this group activity with my teammates, learn the foundation of how to handle a bow and arrow and clarify the range protocols that keep everyone safe. Definitely want to do this again.”

  • Daniel West Linn, OR

“What an awesome afternoon! Our group of 10 had a fantastic experience learning archery and connecting with each other. It was so thoughtfully organized. We all felt individually supported and went from knowing next to nothing about a somewhat intimidating sport to hitting our targets and most importantly, having a wonderful time together.”

  • Heesoo Portland, OR
