I’m a trained archer, somatic guide, and unconventional spiritual director supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, the natural world, and their own deep wisdom. My practice blends somatic healing, ritual guidance, and nature-based spirituality - drawing inspiration from the Wheel of the Year and the teachings of our plant and animal kin. Whether through ceremony, seasonal practice, or personal discovery, I help people find their way home to themselves and to the living world around them.
