Holiday Survival Guides

Often and especially during the holidays people (mainly family) feel the need to talk about our bodies... oh your going to have seconds? I tied this weight loss xyz, I think you would love it. Have you lost weight? Ugh!
Our bodies aren’t for others consumption or comments.
Tell me me you love me, tell me I’m brilliant, kind, powerful- don’t talk about my body.
It is completely acceptable to not take this shit! It is powerful to love who you are exactly as you are. You are worth loving and worth love.
Love,
Angie

I’m a trained archer, somatic guide, and unconventional spiritual director supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, the natural world, and their own deep wisdom. My practice blends somatic healing, ritual guidance, and nature-based spirituality - drawing inspiration from the Wheel of the Year and the teachings of our plant and animal kin. Whether through ceremony, seasonal practice, or personal discovery, I help people find their way home to themselves and to the living world around them.
