Mantras For The Rest of Us

This is a hard one for me. It's not always what others consider failure that throws me off, its some unspoken almost subconscious idea of what I believe is a failure that messes me up and erodes my self-confidence. Little by little my awareness is built, but there are still days and weeks where I'm beaten up by what I think I'm failing at.
I'm trying to be kinder to myself.
I hope you can be kinder to yourself as well.

Angie Fadel

I’m a trained archer, somatic guide, and unconventional spiritual director supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, the natural world, and their own deep wisdom. My practice blends somatic healing, ritual guidance, and nature-based spirituality - drawing inspiration from the Wheel of the Year and the teachings of our plant and animal kin. Whether through ceremony, seasonal practice, or personal discovery, I help people find their way home to themselves and to the living world around them.
