Mantras For The Rest of Us

I need this reminder: to pay attention to my power.

Women are taught to apologize for any power they might possess and men are taught to get power at all costs. Where does that leave us?
Alone and at odds with each other and our true selves.
If I own my power! If I pay attention to it! If I acknowledge that I have it!
Maybe just maybe I’ll do less damage in the world and to the people around me. I won’t be denying it, pretending it doesn’t exist but instead living with it and trying not to abuse it.

I’m a trained archer, somatic guide, and unconventional spiritual director supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, the natural world, and their own deep wisdom. My practice blends somatic healing, ritual guidance, and nature-based spirituality - drawing inspiration from the Wheel of the Year and the teachings of our plant and animal kin. Whether through ceremony, seasonal practice, or personal discovery, I help people find their way home to themselves and to the living world around them.
