Taking Care of Yourself

I respectfully acknowledge that my work takes place on the traditional lands of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and other Indigenous peoples who have been stewards of this region for millennia.

As I guide others in connecting with nature, I honor the enduring relationship between these lands and the Native communities who have lived here since time immemorial. I say thank you with everything I do.
