Archery lessons for all ages. All lessons are for 1 1/2 hours.

This lesson is designed to give each person a basic understanding of archery.

Anyone can teach archery but what I do is help connect to your power through mindfulness and archery while also teaching you the basics of the sport.

Once you purchase I will email you and we can pick a date or dates that work best for you.

What is Mindful Archery? Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness, and paying attention- there will be a little mindful instruction, a short tutorial on archery, and lots of shooting.

What can you expect? To connect to nature, to your power, and to learn basic mindfulness techniques.

  • You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill.

  • You will learn how to use the skills of mindfulness.

  • You will feel a sense of empowerment.

  • You will have fun, feel empowered, and improve with each lesson.

The lessons are geared to help you learn safety on the range.

Learn proper technique.

Gain skills.

But mostly have fun! 

 All equipment is provided.

(you must be 8 years of age to participate)

Plus hot drinks in the colder months and sparkling water in the hotter months and snacks.©

 {I have taken precautions around the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure our safety. I have disposable masks if you don’t have your own. We will be in the open air and have plenty of room to spread out so that shouldn’t be a worry.} ©

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason there is a service charge of 25% of the total cost of the lesson. Lesson cancellations require a 24-hour email notice before the lesson takes place. After 24-hrs there is no refund.

Date and Time

Once you purchase this lesson for yourself or someone you love I will email you to set up a date that works best for you. This is a local Portland, OR workshop unless otherwise specified

Weather

I am committed to holding this lesson rain or shine! We'll go ahead as planned in most weather conditions. In the rare case of extreme weather that might affect our safety, I'll contact you directly if we need to reschedule. 

Group Rates

To receive a group discount the purchaser must specify at the beginning how many people they are purchasing the lesson for and that they would like to apply a group discount. If there are 6 or more people you will receive $50 off the total cost of the workshop.
