Archery lessons for all ages. All lessons are for one hour.
This is a one-on-one lesson designed to give each person the basic understanding of archery.
Anyone can teach archery but what I do is help connect to your power through mindfulness and archery while also teaching you the basics of the sport.
This can either be a stand-alone lesson or you can book as many lessons as you'd like for you or someone you love. (you must be 8 years of age to participate)

What is Mindful Archery? Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness, and paying attention- there will be a little mindful instruction, a short tutorial on archery, and lots of shooting.
What can you expect? To connect to nature, to your power, and to learn basic mindfulness techniques.
You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill.
You will learn how to use the skills of mindfulness.
You will feel a sense of empowerment.
You will have fun, feel empowered, and get better and better with each lesson.
The lessons are geared to help you learn safety on the range.
Learn proper technique.
Gain skills.
And mostly have fun!
All equipment is provided.
Plus hot drinks in the colder months and sparkling water in the hotter months and snacks.©
{I have taken precautions around the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure our safety. I have disposable masks if you don’t have your own. We will be in the open air and have plenty of room to spread out so that shouldn’t be a worry.} ©
