What is Mindful Woods Walking and Archery? Mindfulness - is a way to connect to ourselves through breath, awareness, and paying attention with the benefit of the beautiful Washington Park woods, a short tutorial on archery, and lots of shooting.

All equipment is provided and you will leave with the knowledge to shoot anywhere alone.
{I have taken precautions around the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure our safety. I always have hand sanitizer but now will also be wiping down all my equipment with alcohol wipes before and after usage and between shots and I have disposable masks if you don’t have your own. We will be in the open air and have plenty of room to spread out so that shouldn’t be a worry.}

Couples Mindful Archery
If you need to cancel for any reason there is a service charge of 25% of the total cost of the workshop. Workshop cancellations require a 24-hour email notice before the workshop takes place. After 24-hrs there is no refund.
