A Curated Mindful Walk in the Woods


Let's go on a 1.5-hour mindful hike to release pent-up emotions like rage, anger, grief, loss, or abandonment. This experience includes my travel time to the location and can be adapted to your needs (rest breaks included).


Rage is just an emotion, but one that can be scary and is often forbidden, overused, or directed against us. However, rage itself isn't the problem – not feeling or expressing it appropriately is. So how can we express and release the rage we feel? One way is to move our bodies and let the rage move through us.


Here's what we'll do: We'll go into the woods and hike for approximately an hour. You don't need to be in great shape or an avid hiker; I'll adapt the experience to your skill level.


I'll create a safe environment where you can get pent-up emotions out of your body and release them. We'll use prompts, create a safe space, talk or remain silent, move, yell, sweat, cry, etc. After our hike, we'll have a short debrief, exploring ways for you to release these tricky emotions in your daily life, safe bodily expressions, and how to pay attention so these emotions don't wreak havoc on your emotional and physical health.

  • If you need to cancel for any reason there is a service charge of 25% of the total cost of the workshop. Workshop cancellations require a 24-hour email notice before the workshop takes place. After 24-hrs there is no refund.


  • Once you purchase this workshop for yourself or someone you love I will email you to set up a date that works best for you. This is a local Portland, OR workshop unless otherwise specified.
