This includes an hour of hiking and an hour of travel. (And can be adapted for any emotion)A curated mindful walk in the woods.Rage is just an emotion. Yes, it is an emotion that can be scary and has either been forbidden to us, overused by us, or against us. But rage isn't the problem, not feeling it or expressing it appropriately is. So how do we express or release all the rage we feel? One way is to move our bodies and let the rage move through us. What we will do- Go into the woods and hike for approximately an hour (you do not have to be in shape or an avid hiker to do this, I will adapt it to all skill levels) I will create a safe environment where you can get all the pent-up emotions out of your body and loose. (Using prompts, safe-space, talking or not talking, movement, yelling, sweating, crying, etc.) We will do a short debrief after our hike looking for ways that you can work to get these tricky emotions out in your day-to-day life, bodily ways to safely express and release, and ways to pay attention so these emotions don't wreak havoc on your emotional and physical health.I am also equipped to create rituals specific to you and your needs. Rituals are unique to each person if this is something you think you'd be interested in you will need to let me know ahead of time so I can make it happen.  ©

  • If you need to cancel for any reason there is a service charge of 25% of the total cost of the workshop. Workshop cancellations require a 24-hour email notice before the workshop takes place. After 24-hrs there is no refund.


  • Once you purchase this workshop for yourself or someone you love I will email you to set up a date that works best for you. This is a local Portland, OR workshop unless otherwise specified.
