What can you expect? You can expect to connect with your friends and to nature and learn basic mindfulness techniques. You can expect to connect to your body through archery and learn a basic understanding of that skill. You can expect to learn how to use the skills of mindfulness. You can expect to feel a sense of peace and empowerment. You bring yourself in comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, dress in layers for changing weather. I will provide the rest: Treats, ponchos, hand warmers, and warm drinks.
